Credit Policy
ORDERING POLICY
To assist you in better understanding our Ordering Policy, we have formally compiled same below. This policy takes effect immediately until further notice.
The Terms of our Ordering Policy are:
1. Orders placed can be placed by either calling us (687-3522), texting us (which includes Whatsapp), emailing service@shopjewelryetc.com and by using the online Order Form (see option on left called "Place Your Order". Please allow us 6-10 business days maximum (from our order processing day) to import your order, clear it with Customs Division and thereafter, deliver it to you in line with our Delivery Policy (below). We are not liable for any delays caused by the Customs Division.
2. Once an order is submitted or placed either online or otherwise, we assume that you have read and agree with the under-mentioned policies and are legally bound by them for full payment of your orders, when they are delivered to you or payments in line with your Payment Plan.
3. NB: Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been processed on our Order Processing Day, usually Friday evenings or Saturdays latest.
Additionally, in the unlikely event an error is made by us when ordering your item and the wrong item is imported, we will gladly REPLACE the item for you at the earliest opportunity (on or before our next Order Processing Date). In leiu of this, no cash or other refund will be offered.
4. After your first paid order, our Payment Plans will be available to you for FUTURE orders.
5. You can pay for your orders, by either of the following methods:
(i) CASH ON DELIVERY. Note: Electronic items and Special orders require an initial downpayment of at least 65% of the Total Order and the remaining 35% is due ON DELIVERY.
(ii) Cheques- Any cheques that bounce when processing them, will incur the bank's transaction fee for processing a bounce cheque. Both this fee and the amount of your order, will have to be paid.
(iii) Deposits to our Account (most convenient method). See our authorized bank accounts at www.shopjewelryetc.com/payments.
(iv) Using your Paypal Account (with your credit card or debit card). Here, we send your an invoice requesting full payment for the equivalent of your order plus a small Paypal processing fee comprising of 4.9% (of the US$ value you are paying) + US0.30.
CREDIT POLICY
To protect you and us, we have formally compiled our Credit Policy. This policy takes effect immediately until further notice.
The Terms of our Credit Policy are:
1. Orders placed can only be cancelled BEFORE the order is processed on our usual processing day of Friday evenings (Saturday latest).
2. Credit is given as a option to clients in the form of our Payment Plans--only available after your FIRST PURCHASE (for new clients) which will be CASH ON DELIVERY. If credit is extended to a client, it is expected that by the DUE DATE LATEST, that customer will pay in FULL the balance DUE.
3. There are 2 Payment Plans available:
(a) Pay-In-FULL at Month End (for orders placed from 1st to 14th of the current month) OR
(b) Pay-Half-at-Current Month's End and Final-Half in the following month's end (for orders placed from 15th to 31st of the current month)
Clearly, these payment plans make payment convenient and affordable...which bring us to the next important point:
4. FOR ALL OVERDUE BALANCES and to discourage LATE Payments, Interest accrues on the INITIAL outstanding amount due at a rate of 10% for EACH MONTH THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID OFF. ADDITIONALLY, there will be a WEEKLY LATE FEE of TT$100 charged for EACH WEEK the balance is NOT PAID IN FULL. Both the interest and the LATE FEE must be paid once your balance was not paid by the mutually agreed payment date.
5. In summary, simply pay your balances by the MUTUALLY AGREED TO PAYMENT DUE DATES, and AVOID ALL LATE FEES AND INTEREST COSTS!!! FAIR ENOUGH?
DELIVERY POLICY
1. We will provide FREE delivery to a MUTUAL VENUE, subject to our delivery schedule.
2. In the next couple months, to facilitate faster and more efficient delivery of your orders, we will be using the services of TTPOST COURIERS. This service will have a small cost of TT$30 for each Courier Pak, your order may require. This small fee MUST be paid to us as part of your balance and NOT TO THE TTPOST COURIERS. They are not authorised to collect payments.
PAYMENTS POLICY
1. Once an order is processed based on your request, you are required to pay for that order in full. Under no circumstances, is non-payment allowed for items that 'YOU' ordered.
2. You are required to pay your agreed amounts by the mutually agreed payments dates to avoid INTEREST AND LATE FEES being added to your balance automatically.
